They replied back the same day stating that it was a holiday in china so it would take a while if we did the normal process of exchanging for a new item

Instead of that they told me to buy a second pair and tell them the order id and they would refund that purchase

Touch screen fingers work well

Knitted gloves do not work in 20 degrees but i found these ones warm enough as it stops the wind

I have not tried the finger touch feature on the phones screen so i cannot say if that works well or not
