Its ok but to take pulse you must hold your finger over the button which in itself can be quite a challenge this is really annoying if you are in the middle of exercising this is ok did not work for me as heart monitor but watch works well got in touch with vendor got half refund no problems 710 this item is described as waterproof and it is not
