I put things i had to keep dry inside of garbage bags just to be sure but it turned out that wasnt necessary at all

I will say that the ends on some of my straps did fray but after flapping in the wind at 80 mph im not surprised

Just make sure the straps are on tight knot the excess and tuck them under so they wont fly around
