When i took the tissue out it was dry and the phone and camera both work while in the case

Better for video as trying to press button to take photo is difficult and underwater it is literally impossible to get good photo with limitations of phone camera

Just remember when you’re using it under water you can’t really touch the screen to take pictures and video so just use your side volume buttons to take the pictures
