Here a few pros and cons focused on the specifics of wearing this while swimming and the audioflood headphones since audioflood cant be held responsible for irritating ipod shuffle featurespros helps tremendously with focusanxiety during long swims sound is excellent entirely unnoticeable when wearing great for other kinds of exercise and for those of us who sweat a lot once the headphones are inserted correctly and firmly see my cons below the fit provides a watertight seal and removes the need for earplugscons the headphones are nearly impossible to insert firmly and correctly into small ear canals without a lot of finagling
