Pros & Cons
Pros
Waterpik water flosser includes 5 tips and 1 brush. The hose to the tips coils and easily stores on the base unit. Tongue cleaner helps to freshen breath. Since i have an electric toothbrush, i have not yet tried this tip.
Cons
You have a reservoir tank that just loosely sets on top of the pump unit. Not sealing or securing the top of reservoir tank at all. Biggest gripe is that it has amuch larger footprint than the sonicare.
This item is a little bit senseless. It is sneaky and pathetic. This company is unethical and i will not buy their product again.
Took the unit back to walmart and got a refund. Now after 8 months it works intermittently. Customer service is a joke with this company, the product is flawed if it won't work with a gfci.
The new motor is half the size of the old one and made very cheep. I could buy a'single outlet surge protector', which she said they'd just rec'd training on, and only cost $2. Hence, my brain is as dysfunctional as my waterpik.
I am in the process of requesting a refund on this item. The warranty says it applies to the original consumer for 3 years but waterpik refused to stand behind it because the resell i purchased it through on amazon is not an authorized reseller.
