I had recently purchased this product and had a issue with the earphone waterfi were fantastic within 3 days i had a replacement set sent to australia their efficiency is commendable have since a different issue and once again they stood by their product and replace the unit

They worked fine on this purchase but i purchased some independently a few weeks back and they worked fine for a week then the left ear was playing at about 10 of the right ear

I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement to me under the 2year warranty
