Pros
You will need to buy some assortment of 3/8' to 1/4' reducers or 5/8 compression fittings or whatever is specific to your under sink plumbing.
Great filtration system. Water tastes 1000% better than the brita filter. I like having filtered water on demand rather than in a pitcher.
Cons
Reverse osmosis water refills leave a strange taste. The taste is still bad, stinky and salty.
Is there an expensive proprietary tool that waterdrop sells to get these filters out? This product is not worth your money. The product is flawed and customer service is non-existent.
Tried contacting waterdrop about the issue, never heard back. Also the 2 year filter replacement magnified on ad, is deceitful. One requires replacing every 6 months.
Filter sensors on the thing are just bad. None of the water quality parameters improved for filtered water (hardness, carbonates etc). It is still cloudy and there's actually now a bit of a cloudy film on the surface.

We normally buy water by the gallon but it had gotten so expensive that this just made sense
The only thing i didn’t like was that a couple of days after purchase i see it for 20 less and a 9 coupon
For the price it is tough to beat

I contacted waterdrop customer service and they responded immediately and promptly and offered various suggestions to fix the issue
Packaging/appearance
Came with extra set of filters for replacement
They did provide plenty of thread tape in the box but didnt really tell you where all to put it

I did side by side comparison with portable water filter and this one is a clear winner
Much better than ao smith with less expensive filters

Also tastes and smells so much better still not as great as bottled water but i feel way better about using water from my kitchen sink now
