Side note i suggest ordering the system and refill cartilages directly from their website so they can look up your account if you needed to reach out to them

I made a mistake of cleaning the casing with an abrasive scrub so it did scrub off the protective layer and caused the casing to get a bit rusty

After a year of usage the pull pin that converts water flow direction became stiff and wouldnt automatically divert back
