Pros
Ao smith 50 gallon, 40k btu natural gas hot water tank. Took right off in the normal fashion and water is as hot or hotter as it has been in years! Aosmith 50gal.
Cons
The wires for the igniter side of the piece are shorter than the flame sensor side. They dont droop far enough to get the inspection covers / draft covers back on.

It was easy to install and would be a good replacement if this part is bad on your water heater

Did not work at first but i noticed the igniter was below where the gas comes out it is a small amount at ignition time

Adjusted it an 8th on an inch to where the gas comes out and it started right away
