Pros
This magnetic car mount is great for it's small form factor and simple magnet technology. The magnet on the base is stronger than other mounts i’ve seen of this nature. The only downside is the metal discs that are included with this kit.
Cons
The problem is that the phone is too heavy. The magnet is not strong enough.

I’ve found that the problem in this instance where your phone staying on the mount is more ‘eh’ than good is not with the mount itself but the metal discs
