They are sturdy, but not bulky. Great quality. Very durable. The tempered glass base us surprisingly strong.
Cons

My poor watch now has a scratch on it as a reminder to not try this again. How this has such positive reviews is beyond me. Other than that though, this product is a fail.

Also i recommend using a different screwdriver the one it comes with stuck the metal they use is too soft
