The wasps are surprised when you spray them with this and may try and fly but when they are sprayed directly death comes quickly and they are usually dead within one minute

I have been using this can only because i ran out of the hornet and wasp qnd bee killer from home depot that works way better

While the raid does have like an 7 and 8 foot shooting range it did not kill right away
