Quality is excellent and it does have a near full size neck so it plays acceptably

The first one i received was damaged in shipping as i read in a few reviews
The rover came with string tension very low probably on purpose to protect against undue stress during shipping

This one i played for hours right out of the package after tuning it

But from 10 feet away its trebble leaning cuts nicely
Overall this guitar serves its purpose better than anything on the market
I went with a tusq that cost 11 and cut it way down to drop the action
The sound is sort of a cross between a uke and banjo a littlie tinnier as suspected and it really comes off pretty unique

The guitar itself did not seem to be damaged from this issue however there were scrapes on the front of the guitar and many shavings of either wood or plastic scattered around in the case

I arranged for this item to be returned postage paid by amazon and they immediately also shipped me a new item of the same type
