The set up is easy and adjustments are quick. The thing travels with us virtually everywhere. Works with ease.
The result is razor sharp knives from a tiny key chain knife to a huge kitchen cleaver. If you have a razor sharp knife you know it's sharp and you respect it.
Cons
Blade guide is accumulating metal shavings while sharpening and therefor scratching the edge of the blade. Sadly, its not the same quality.

However if you allow your knives to become dull you become careless and no longer respect that youre holding a tool or weapon that can slice or dice you and you end up doing the very thing you fear

This contraption does an ok job on the middle of the blade but the heel isnt fully sharpened and the tip is hard to sharpen as well as it just doesnt seem to have enough resistance on the moveable stonesdiamond plates

Tried 30 swipes then another 30 then another and yet another 30 still didnt take down the metal at the point

Tried several different ways too i tried just pulling it through using a sawing motion careful to keep the blade flat against the plastic guide then tried turning it around and doing the same two steps
