Batteries not included warning i ordered 3 packs of 6 bulbs 2 remotes however neither remote came with batteries

After about 30 minutes they start cycling different colors

I have 34 other color changing led devices and none of them have this when i turn the other ones off and on again they start color changing and are extremely irritating
