Pros

I’m sure these work on any other types of exercises ur currently focusing on especially if ur looking for straps w such good grip.

The strap is just like the picture, its thick and wide with a tear drop kind of style. I bought this & the black colored strap.

They grip the bar well and don't make you feel like your hand is too far off the bar itself. They release quickly at the top of the lift without yanking on you.

Durability is what you would expect from the tyoe pf material and using agressive knurling on oly bars. Only used once so not really sure of long term durability but should be at least a year or two (imho) compared to other brands.

Cons

They are unsafe to use for the * or clean and *. There are a lot of other options at cheaper value and accessories that are more valuable.

With the fixed loop it’s nice because it can’t tighten and pinch your skin
