Pros

This unit gets very hot, which is necessary for buckwheat galettes. It also allows to cook the egg directly on the galette since it does not need to be flipped. Followed the seasoning instructions to the letter.

Heavy duty, no cheesy parts on this bad boy. It is heavy, because we use it often, we just leave it on the kitchen countertop. This is serviceable with a list of recommended repair businesses.
