Pros

Although this was inconvenient for 3/4 days, not getting the run around was so refreshing.

Big but if t his isthe price for having stainless interior so be it. Designed for standard 1/2 sheet baking trays, unlike avantco's off standard sizing. Unheard of. It is the only brand that has stainless rather than non-stick interior.

It heats with 1500 watts at all settings except convection, which heats at 1300 watts. The max power draw, as measured, is about 1550 watts. I love how you can set either the top heating elementto operate or bottom or both.

Cons

Main burners quit working after 4 months. Right hinge is not properly working. Good luck with that.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture but all that glitters ain't gold! Racks are about 1 3/8 inch apart. The pan and the racks are so rough and hard to insert. Much smaller than a standard 1/2 sheet size convection oven.

Quite disconcerting. Does not get hotter than 350 degrees. When you put your goods in the oven to bake at 350f to 425f, it immediately drops under 300f and it never goes up again for the wholeperiod the stuff needs to bake.
