I tried adjusting the position of the camera and the router and even used the ethernet cable to try and stop it from disconnecting all to no avail

I must say that the email help was very good if a little reluctant to give me a refund when i told them that the camera was not fit for purpose

Last week it refused to restart and i had to delete the camera in the software and reinstall it

As an update the customer service team have agreed to refund the money and i dont even have to return the faulty camera
