 I love these. It's just a little different having a black knife. This set of knives seem like they are really high quality, making them a great price!Although I have only had them for a week, they have been used twice a day and washed in a dishwasher twice a day. They have been used on everything from pigs in blankets, to the well done steak (just how I like it!) shown in the video.They have performed perfectly and, as you can see from the second picture (the first picture is an unused knife) they are still as good as the day they were unpackaged. No scratch, no loss of surface colouring. (Please note, I am not sure if they are meant to be washed in the dishwasher. But I have and have not had any issues)They feel really strong and sturdy, they cut through a well done steak as easily as cutting a sausage.I strongly recommend these knives as a quality addition to your cutlery.Now to find some black forks!  Read Less
