Pros

They are super sharp and look great. The handle looks cheap but its very durable. Although the serrated edge does shred rather than cut, this is to be expected for knives of this sort.

Blue adds a beautiful addition to supper time and family occasions. The color is very eye catching as well. These are gorgeous!

Cons

These are sharp enough but the serration is wildly overdone. After a few cuts it looses its edge and tares the meat. Discoloration and some rust after the first wash.

My other problem with these is cosmetic but still pertinent - they are nowhere near the purple shown in the listing pix. Handles are too small, cheap plastic, slick and hard to hold. The balance is 'off', as if the handle is too light.
