The package of all 3 latches was missing

As i have a bit of an emergency situation and the assembled crate was to be delivered to my dog trainer to whelp a litter of pups ini asked my brother to remove 1 latch from each of my other crates and the top latch from 1 of my othet crates

Some of the holes on the rails did not line up with the holes in the frame and it was unable to use all the bolts and it would have been nice to have had washers to go with the nuts and bolts and the latches dont work very well
