The magnet works great even if you fold the front flap around the back so its out of the way while you are using your phone

The only issue as with most such cases is that if youre using a soft screen protector that wraps over the edges the case tends to interfere with the screen protector

I just smooth the occasional edge bubble down but eventually ill trim the screen protector edges so that theyre free of the case

The most surprising thing is the holes on the flap that allow you to answer the phone without having to open it up
