One thing to note if mounting to drywall like i did youll want to add some sort of wall protection where the bottom part of the device contacts the wall when its in dip position otherwise itll punch right through your drywall

There are only hooks that should be attached to the wall the bar itself can be easily removed

Use the drywall anchors i tried them and the pull ups were fine but when i did a dip it almost took the damn wall down
