Pros
Easy to install and works well. Double check the wiring if you have any issues with them not powering on. Have to be careful when installing so as not to twist the wire tape. No moving parts seems to be the best feature!
Good looking, good functioning dimmer, with nice fade in/out. They add greatly to the how cool is that? Quality and price are good. Ideal perfect product.
Cons
The dimmer has no esd or static protection on the circuitry. When the first switch has a defect, i am hesitant to install the other three.
Do not buy this switch, the support is horrendous! Worked great for 6 months then failed. Unfortunately it is past my return window so i'm out if luck with this dimmer. Don't waste your money.

This unit appeared to be able to what i was looking for it to do and the price was good

It works but i thought it would shine a little bit when the lights are off so you can find it in the darkness

I dont like that the wires come out only at the back

If they came out the bottom front they wouldnt get strained as they come out the install hole

Otherwise the dimmer works well if you use the vertical slider

The left and right arrows dont work as smoothly and are inconvenient because if you use them you have to keep looking back at the slider to use the other arrow to change the brightness not so with the vertical slider area so thats much easier to use

I did notice the unit beeped initially when i touched the arrows but that was while it was in the box boggle

Once i installed it it no longer beeped and ive no idea why
