If you are a neat freak and want to keep things organized, this is the perfect product for you. Looks like it was an original part. Seems pretty solid and hopefully will last long.
Fits google wi-fi perfectly. Easily mounted on my basement ceiling. Got my wifi pucks off of shelves and up high did improve the signal.
There is a little nudge on the pole so that will prevent it from sliding down. Mounting on the wall makes a tremendous difference.
Easy to install. It's fast and inexpensive. It is very easy to setup.

So i bought another google wifi device and this holder

I found that by rotating the google wifi carefully before securing it to the case i was able to wind the cable around the circumference of the mount thus hiding hte cable
