Pros

Lots of padding and plenty of length. Longer, which is nice for taller players.

The strap is comfortable even while it totes my heavy 5-string bass. Traded in my bass guitar for a schecter and this compliments the white body very nicely. Wide, comfortable, and matches my lp.

Cons

Black edges and back are not leather, they are neoprene or something. Material quickly wears out and starts flaking off all over your skin and clothes. Only strap i've ever had that self-destructed.
