Pros
The bread pops right out of these and cleanup is very easy. It’s so easy to invert them to remove your loaves, and stick them in the dishwasher later. No sticking or burning.
The mould is excellent. Very satisfied with this product. These are game changers!
Just the right size for gf or keto bread, or smaller recipes. Makes an evenly baked loaf, every time. Used a dozen times under 420f.
Cons
Hard to remove grease by handwashing. These pans are pretty cheaply made. Bad conductor of heat.

Not as wide as a regular loaf pan and the ridges inside make it time consuming to clean
