Pros
First and foremost, dishwasher safe. This allows your to rotate and flip food effectively and without worry of splatter.
They're sturdy and have good strong grip. Work well for different sized pans and pieces of food being handled.
One for each size task. Lock feature works great, 3 different sizes is perfect. Different colours are fun!
Strong not fading. Have hd these for a few months now. Have been using them regularly and am satisfied with them.
Cons
Hinge is not durable. They are cheaply made and will.

Of course you can use a spatula but those are the messy ways of the past

Update when the food is a little greasy and heavy like in a stew the silicone could slip on the food and does not provide a firm grip
