No after taste which is great!
Cons
It has a vile slimy texture and tastes revolting. It tastes very artificial and has a very * aftertaste which lingers. Prefer josephs thick maple syrup and will go back to that.

I cant pick up the bitterness that others can i think it is a great syrup replacement tastes of maple syrup maybe a tiny bit chemically in the aftertaste
