Afaik this is made for schwinn bikes only if it isnt a schwinn it wont work

I also received the wald 950 but it worked for my application which was to attach a velo webspring to an early 60s schwinn tiger cruiser

Another customer had pointed out that he received the wald 950 and the ad says wald 940
