My big issue at this point is that the two metal braces that go from the under side of the basket down to the tips of the forks for attachment are too short

Im puzzled because im not extraordinarily tall 58 and my bike is a stock medium frame by globe so its strange that it doesnt fit

I was probably pushing the limits of weight it and the bike could handle on the front but it did just fine on the 3 mile ride home from the store

If they can get these guys down 30 in weight it would be a perfect basket

I just found out when trying to put it on the recipients bike that it wont work if the bike has a quick release front tire
