It's comfortable to sleep on. It's sturdy but doesn't cause pain even if you are underweight like me, it's comfy as foam. Measured 5. Inch thick. Inch softening after 12 months is normal. Comfort level nd quality of sleep is very good.

Mattress softness is ok but the packaging was very very bad. Cover fabric quality is the worst. White cover gets dirty very quickly. Both the sides are soft, leading to severe back pain.
