The original apple battery in my mba 11 dangerously swelled up spontaneously and frighteningly to the point that the case and keyboard were ballooned out and it seemed like it could explode at any second

I tried to get my hands on an original replacement battery to no avail see above about these no longer being made which i was told by apple themselves that i would need to find a 3rd party part
