Cons

The mattress begins to sink in after a few days of use. This gives back pain while waking up. It's very uncomfortable while sleeping, when getting up or sitting on the mattress. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

Quality is not good. Medium firmness claim is rubbish. Very very pathetic service. Regretting on having made this purchase.

Customer ratings and best seller options are manipulated by amazon and sellers to trap sellers. Maybe that's why they start pestering the customers for feedback as soon as they the product is delivered.
