Update i put it on to wear on my walk to the gym just to get used to it 45 mins and when i got to the gym i had to remove my workout tank top to air it out because the part concerned by the belt was soaked

The fabric is thick and i like the additional strap to help cinch but i ordered a large and its so big i almost cant even use it
