Pros

Great product. Made it through several hard downpours. I really wish the wahoo people designed the exterior differently.

The newer version has a color screen. It is has a really nice screen and it allows me to adjust the font size with just a touch of a button.

App works great and makes uploading rides and downloading routes a breeze. No issues syncing it. I have it upload my rides to strava.

Cons

Speed and cadence sensors eat batteries. Sometimes uploads to strava, other times not. Unlike garmin, there is no way to manually upload rides if the app does not sync.

They discontinued all their products. The device is out of commission.

They state their tech team is looking into the issue and they will not give a timeline on when it will be fixed. However, the software is a total not stable and unpredictable.

So i’d like to love this product

Ive only used it for two rides and so far im impressed

I am a recreational biker and very happy with the quality and capabilities of this bike computer

I am very happy with the features and operation of the unit itself

Received it with a tear on the screen

The guygal who returned a computer after logging 45 rides or wahoo for repackaging and sell it as new

Its a little picky but my old computer had a temperature reading and i dont see that on the elemnt bolt

Competitiveness

I have used the wahoo elemnt bolt for nearly a year

The buttons are really easy to use and its a more straightforward layout of features and performance for the price

I have it upload my rides to strava

So the customer could tell they are paying for a different product not the same product with less cost
