Takes pressure of some of my facet joints and pudendal nerve. Currently using it in my lazy boy. Wish it had a way to attach to leather car seats.

The cushion is very flat and flimsy. The pictures shown on this website of someone sitting on it are deceptive. When you sit down, the cushion just completely flattens.

Cushion smash is completely down. Too soft, it lacks any body and strength. Not as thick in person as shown in the picture. Pretty cheesy overall.

The foam is not very good at all. Its more like styrofoam than a good latex foam. Foam is very lightweight.
