What you see is what you get like previous reviews stated they are very small ab straps

They could be better and longer if you added a clip but they function well on its own

Within about 2 days of use the product ripped and on the 3rd day the product almost completely ripped from the seam

Customer service is slow to reply and about more than a week after i contacted them i was still unable to recieve a replacement

If you want to try a cheap ab strap i would say go ahead and try this but i believe it is not worth it
