Produces the weakest most disgusting drink when using pods. Either my product is faulty or i'm doing something very wrong? Coffee that comes out is pale beige at best.

I also pour hot water into the cup i use and prewarm it otherwise i find the coffee is lukewarm at best by the time its gone through the machine

Ive also tried the addon ring which lets you use nespresso capsules but the coffee when using this is no where near as nice as when using ground coffee

The coffee ive made easily compares to anything costa serves and with how many times ive used it its paid for its self

Yes it could produce so much better espresso if i used premium coffee specifically ground for espresso but as i’m just starting out i wanted to take small steps
