Pros

Very impressed with this product. You have to replace them from the bottom, which take a bit of work. Working great now.

They were packaged to perfection. Easy to install with 2 unexperienced people. It's not as easy as some videos show but it's not all that difficult either if you've average handyman skills & have a helper to attach the upper locking piece.

Cons

The parts are defective. Pure junk. Save your money. I wish amazon would allow some sort of credit - i will buy more products, but cannot recommend this to stand up to the manufacturer specs.

Easy to install and never thought the benefit from new ones would be until i did the first load of laundry after install

Super easy repair and no more noisy washer

The spin cycle is so quiet now like when brand new and the clothes are spun almost dry again

Any size load we washed it would walk itself out knocked over a full bookshelf and scared the heck out of our dogs

I just saved us a few hundred dollars for 32 bucks

40 and an hour of my time was so well worth it

So much cheaper than ordering off manufacture website

A new washer would have been in hundreds of dollars or thousands
