Pros

Easy to install. Has been mounted for several months without any sign of a problem or the adhesive loosening. Comes with command strips which are great for wall hanging.

Excellent product. That seems to have done the trick so far. Very reasonable priced too.

Cons

Flat mount is not compatible with our motorola monitor. The adhesive to stick on to the monitor itself is very good, but the adhesive to use to attach to the wall was horrible. Just ruin your wall.
