This rope attachment gives you the clearance you need for the back of your head. Easy on joints and allows for a great range on motion when doing triceps. Nice range of motion with either grip.

It lets you take the grip out do the equation for your rope exercises

For sample slip your palms into the loops and do some tricep push downs takes the wrist joint and grip out of the equation

There are certain exercises that arent very comfortable with the standard attachments which is where this rope comes in clutch

For example when it comes to weighted cable crunches the standard handles would cause the carabiner to rub of the back of my head and werent long enough to position the handles where i wanted them and the rope attachment would put a bunch of pressure on the bottom of my hands as the grommet was pulling against them

I dont use it for a lot of exercises but for weighted crunches and face pulls its my goto currently
