I dont use the rope attatchment anymore

There are certain exercises that arent very comfortable with the standard attachments which is where this rope comes in clutch

For example when it comes to weighted cable crunches the standard handles would cause the carabiner to rub of the back of my head and werent long enough to position the handles where i wanted them and the rope attachment would put a bunch of pressure on the bottom of my hands as the grommet was pulling against them

You can actually get a much better neutral grip and there are two different grips depending on the exercise youre doing

In my gym anyway the adjustable pulleys dont go up high enough to make the larger lower hanging loops very useful

I can use them in certain exercises but only if i sacrifice a bit of range of motion in the process
