Pros

The songs and sounds aren’t too loud but they’re definitely loud enough to soothe baby. All the lights and music are on timers though. Since my toddler wakes up soundless like a little ninja i need the video on to see her getting up.

Two kids 3&5. It's also the monitor to get if you have more than 1 kiddo. My kids love those. It has some fun extras which we don't need but the kids may enjoy. I have two toddlers and it’s perfect for us.

The picture quality of the vtech is much crisper and clearer. The clarity is excellent. Video quality is high enough.

The battery life exceeds three hours, which if you have a baby, you know during the day that is more than enough. I have it plugged in most the time. The battery indicator is wrong/bad, but the battery still lasts hours.

These are fantastic. Nice looking. No problem. This monitor is wonderful!

Cons

It's so annoying that it keeps beeping and these screens come up. There’s a delay on connecting always. Sometimes it stops moving or moves very slowly.

The zoom function just makes the pixels larger, and is in general a joke. It really just crops the image and blows it up (zoom in, enhance! The side by side view is nice but the pictures end up pretty small.

The lights on the camera for really no good reason flash when not connected to the monitor. Eg you push the volume button and it steers the camera instead. If he's sleeping on patterned sheets and wearing a patterned sleep sack it's like he's wearing ... Read More

Camera quality is great i love the split screen for my 2 kids and i wish i would have purchased this to start

The camera quality is amazing and the rotating camera is very handy especially for littles on the move

Within a year the charging cord stopped working and the monitor buttons got messed up where volume would change camera angle

Unless you plan on keeping the camera low to the ground the projector is useless

Price

This is the best camera for the price to monitor the kids without connected to wifi

For the price we paid we are very pleased with the picture quality of this vtech compared to the other vtech we had been using

Ive had 2 the first one did end up going bad after about 2 years and had it replaced with a different model and it did not even compare

We have a lollipop camera and the quality is much better but i wanted two cameras and a split screen

The picture quality isn’t great but i guess it was expected since this is a relatively cheap monitor compared to others
