She did see me put batteries in and keeps turning it over to open the battery compartment

Could have been a 5 star if the battery compartment was screwed in the follow me was easier and had an easy carry handle

I was so disappointed because my daughter was so excited to play with it but after i placed batteries it didn’t turn on
