The bear has a very nice clack to it when rotated. Underneath is a mirror. It is cute how the bear plays peekaboo.

Comes with and uses 2 aaa batters. The batteries come pre-installed and is protected by a panel requiring a phillips screwdriver to open. Battery life is dependent on how long you leave it on for, so be wary to turn off when done playing.
This is a good design feature for parents so they don't go crazy from repetition. Extremely colorful, and very entertaining for a young one.

I think there is no sense to the buttons though for a baby it appears it will be very random but for an adult it is easy to go from numbers to words by simply touching the ❤
