The vs450 was able to read the code the roadi couldnt and unlike the roadi the vs450 has a full screen that tells you what the code is vs having to look it up yourself

That wire must be cut and taped off in order for this scanner to work

The definitions could use updating but it will still pull the code number so you can look it up on the ross tech wiki

If you want a cheaper option we all do and you have an android phone grab a bluetooth obd2 reader and download the vag com reader app
