This radio also has an fm function if you happen to be in a weak area for dab or you just want to use the function for some extra stations you wont find on dab

To save battery life you can alter the way the display works you can have the backlight on for a certain amount of time and this ranges from 10 to 180 seconds and an option for always on but having it on for longer is not recommended as it will shorten the battery life
